Ingredients
- 2 pkg. Jell-O (lemon and lime)
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. canned milk
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (16 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
- 1 grated carrot
- few cherries (for color)
Method
- Stir Jell-O in boiling water until dissolved.
- Combine rest of ingredients.
- Pour into greased salad mold or rectangular Pyrex dish.
- Make 16 servings.
