Ingredients
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg white
Method
- In quart microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients, except the large egg and large egg white.
- Microwave, uncovered, on Medium for 3 minutes.
