Ingredients
- 1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat 2 minutes on medium speed of electric mixer.
- Pour into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes until done.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool. Combine confectioners sugar and milk.
- Stir until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
