Ingredients

  • 1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Method

  • Combine first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat 2 minutes on medium speed of electric mixer.
  • Pour into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes until done.
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool. Combine confectioners sugar and milk.
  • Stir until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
