Ingredients

  • oil (to saute onion)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper (optional)
  • 2 to 3 shakes oregano (optional)
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp
  • linguine (30 to 40 noodles), broken half
  • 2 to 3 large potatoes, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
  • 1/3 c. crumbled Feta cheese
  • 3 eggs (optional)
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
