Ingredients
- 1 qt. pecans
- 1 egg white, slightly whipped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Add nuts to slightly whipped egg white.
- Stir until nuts are well coated.
- If necessary, add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon water.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Pour over nuts and mix.
- Spread on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
- Stir occasionally. Will stick a little.
- Cool a minute.
- Scrape off onto wax paper.
