Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
Method
- Boil to soft boil stage. Add: 1 tsp. vanilla & 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar. Pour over 6 cups Pecans. Mix well. Pour on waxed paper, separate and let cool.
