Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 10 oz. frozen peas
- 1 lb. cooked chicken, cubed
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 4 English muffins, toasted and split
Method
- In saucepan on medium heat, combine soup and milk. Stir in peas and chicken.
- Pour over muffins.
