Ingredients
- 4 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Method
- Separate an egg and add yolk to the leftover mashed potatoes. Beat the egg white well and add that next.
- Turn into a shallow baking dish and dot with butter.
- Heat and brown in a hot oven.
