Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh blueberries
- 5 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. each: ground cinnamon cloves and allspice
- 1 c. liquid fruit pectin
Method
- Mix all ingredients except pectin in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add fruit pectin.
- Stir well.
- Pack into sterilized jars.
- Seal.
