- 1 (2 1/2 lb.) pork tenderloin
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1/2 c. catsup
Method
- Cut tenderloin into 8 slices and dredge with flour.
- Cook in the shortening in a skillet until brown.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the pork.
- Cover.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, turning pork occasionally.
