Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1/8 c. paprika
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/4 c. Lawry's seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. granulated onion
Method
- This mixture is for frying scallops, haddock, boneless chicken and shrimp.
- Put first into an egg and milk batter and then coat with this mixture before frying.
