Ingredients
- 2 cans beef consomme soup
- 2 cans French onion soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Melt margarine in glass baking dish. Add soups.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
