- 4 lb. country style spareribs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 c. apple juice
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 large apples
Method
- About 3 hours before serving, preheat oven to 400°.
- In large shallow roasting pan, place ribs, meaty side up.
- Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Bake 45 minutes, uncovered.
