Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. spareribs
- 2 large cans sauerkraut
Method
- Cook spareribs in a pot until tender.
- (Save some of the broth to cook with rice.)
- Add sauerkraut to broth and bring to a boil. Drain and pour into baking dish.
- Place spareribs on top and bake in oven at 450° until brown. Turn the spareribs and brown on both sides.
