Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 12 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients until you get a big ball of dough.
- With floured hands, knead for 10 minutes.
- On floured surface, divide the dough in half and then in half again.
- This should give you 4 dough sections.
- Divide each section in half and then roll each section into a ball.
- You should end up with 8 balls.
- Using a tortilla press or rolling pin, flatten each ball into a round tortilla.
- Brown each in a cast-iron fry pan (medium-high) or on a griddle (375 degrees F).
- Should take each batch 4 minutes per side.
