Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

  • Combine all ingredients until you get a big ball of dough.
  • With floured hands, knead for 10 minutes.
  • On floured surface, divide the dough in half and then in half again.
  • This should give you 4 dough sections.
  • Divide each section in half and then roll each section into a ball.
  • You should end up with 8 balls.
  • Using a tortilla press or rolling pin, flatten each ball into a round tortilla.
  • Brown each in a cast-iron fry pan (medium-high) or on a griddle (375 degrees F).
  • Should take each batch 4 minutes per side.
