Ingredients
- 12 oz. pitted prunes
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 stick sweet butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 egg, beaten
Method
- In saucepan bring 1 cup of water and prunes to boil; reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
- Drain and mash prunes.
- Add cinnamon, orange peel, lemon juice, sugar and butter; mix well.
