Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2/3 c. onion
- 2/3 c. celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except sharp cheese.
- Cook in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
- Add sharp cheese; cook until melted.
