Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb 97% lean turkey
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 2 finely chopped ghost peppers
  • 2 finely chopped habanero peppers
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp salt

Method

  • Mix all ingredients (using gloves) in a large mixing bowl, try to make sure ghost and habanero peppers are evenly distributed throughout mixture.
  • Form into patties, cook to desired temperature over an open flame or on a flat top.
  • Sear seasoning into burgers if you wish (suggestion: Texas Roadhouse Sirloin Seasoning)
  • Eat your food!
