Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter(salted)
  • 150 ml fresh / full cream milk
  • 100 ml cooking cream
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsely
  • 350 grams spaghetti (cooked)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp white pepper (powder or grinded)

Method

  • Melt the butter
  • Add both milk and cream and add both parsley and oregano, stir in medium - high heat.
  • When it starts to bubble up lower the heat
  • Add the cheese.
  • And stir until it dissolves.
  • Add cooked spaghetti and seasoning (sugar,salt and pepper
  • Turn up the heat until sauce thicken to desirable thickness.
  • Serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top
