Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 packet gravy
Method
- Brown meat and drain off fat.
- Mix vegetables and meat with gravy, then put mashed potatoes on top.
- Then brown the potatoes in oven for about 30 minutes.
