Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. Gold Medal flour
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1 c. finely cut up dried apricots
  • 1 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
  • Measure all ingredients
