Ingredients
- chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 c. water
Method
- Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons oil.
- Add sugar, soy sauce and water.
- Let cook on low 1 1/2 hours or until soy sauce has soaked into chicken.
- Serve with yellow rice.
