Ingredients

  • 2 cans jalapeno been dip
  • 3 to 4 medium size avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. McCormick taco seasoning mix
  • 1 large bunch green onion, chopped
  • 1 large can pitted ripe olives, chopped
  • 2 to 3 medium size tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Tostitos

Method

  • Mash avocados.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Set aside. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
  • Blend well. Set aside.
