Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. stewing hen
- large bowl sifted flour
- salt and pepper
Method
- Make well in center of bowl of flour.
- Add salt and pepper. Pour boiling broth from hen into flour stirring all the time with a fork until you have as much as you want.
- Turn out onto floured board (I use a big paper sack) and roll out pretty thin.
- Cut to desired size and drop into boiling broth a few at a time and cook until done.
- Add deboned cooked chicken.
