Ingredients
- 1 lb. sliced Rogerwood smoked sausage
- 4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
- 2 c. tomato juice or canned tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown sliced sausage in bacon drippings.
- Combine with remaining ingredients.
- Crumble fried bacon into ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
