Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines spice cake
- 1 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. strawberry preserves
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 3/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Combine cake mix and pudding mix.
- Add eggs, water, oil and preserves, beating as you add each.
- Beat well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Beat well.
- Pour in tube pan or Bundt pan.
- Bake 1 hour or until done.
