Ingredients
- 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 (21 oz.) can lemon pie filling
- toasted coconut
Method
- Combine flour and salt; cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Add egg and stir until well blended.
- Refrigerate dough 2 hours.
