Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. pecans (for pecan pie)
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Method
- Mix sugars and flour.
- Beat in thoroughly Large eggs, lowfat milk, vanilla and butter.
- Mix in nuts for pecan pie.
- Pour into pastry lined pan.
- Bake 40 to 50 min in 375 degree oven.
- Serve hot, plain or possibly with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
