Ingredients

  • 3 cups Whole Wheat Bread Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons White Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Bread Machine Or Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cups Water

Method

  • Place ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended. Select the dough cycle and press start.
  • When machine beeps, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Use your fist to deflate. Then shape into 12 balls. Place side-by-side in a greased 9x13 pan and allow to rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  • Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes. Brush with butter while hot.
  • Or if doing a loaf, bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
