Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Spray muffin pan with vegetable oil spray.
- Fill each cup 2/3 full.
- Bake at 400° until browned.
