Ingredients

  • 1 large box grated Velveeta cheese (jalapeno flavored if you like hot)
  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 pkg. tortillas
  • 1 large carton sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion

Method

  • Mix cheese, onion and chicken in large bowl.
  • Mix sour cream and chicken soup.
  • Dip tortillas in hot oil until soft.
  • Place spoonful of cheese mixture in tortilla and roll up.
  • Place single layer in pan.
  • Top with sour cream.
  • Cover and bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes, until sour cream is bubbling.
