Ingredients
- 1 large box grated Velveeta cheese (jalapeno flavored if you like hot)
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 pkg. tortillas
- 1 large carton sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion
Method
- Mix cheese, onion and chicken in large bowl.
- Mix sour cream and chicken soup.
- Dip tortillas in hot oil until soft.
- Place spoonful of cheese mixture in tortilla and roll up.
- Place single layer in pan.
- Top with sour cream.
- Cover and bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes, until sour cream is bubbling.
