Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 graham cracker crusts (chocolate or regular)
  • 2 sliced bananas, dipped in lemon juice
  • 1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained overnight
  • 1 tub Cool Whip
  • maraschino cherries, chopped
  • chopped nuts

Method

  • Beat first three ingredients for 15 minutes (do not underbeat) with electric mixer in deep dish bowl.
  • Put mixture in prepared graham cracker crusts; divide evenly.
  • Top with sliced bananas and drained crushed pineapple.
  • Cover with lid to graham cracker crusts and refrigerate overnight.
