Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. melted margarine
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling (optional)
Method
- In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar.
- Press on bottom of 8-inch spring-form pan.
- Set aside.
- In bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Blend in sour cream.
- Pour in spring-form pan and bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes, until center is set.
