Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c. melted margarine
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling (optional)

Method

  • In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar.
  • Press on bottom of 8-inch spring-form pan.
  • Set aside.
  • In bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  • Blend in sour cream.
  • Pour in spring-form pan and bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes, until center is set.
