Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can peaches (or any fruit)
Method
- Place butter in casserole dish in oven to melt.
- Then let cool before adding batter of flour, sugar and milk.
- Mix well.
- Pour over butter.
- Drain 1 cup juice off peaches.
- Pour remaining juice and peaches into center of mixture.
- Do not stir.
- Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.
