Ingredients

  • 3 c. sliced potatoes
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 3 c. cut-up cabbage
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
  • 1 can cream of celery or possibly cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Boil potatoes till about half done.
  • Put potatoes in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Add in salt and pepper.
  • Fold in lowfat sour cream.
  • Fry cabbage in 1/2 stick butter till done.
  • Put on top of potatoes and add in salt and pepper to taste.
  • Brown hamburger and onion and put on top of cabbage.
  • Mix soup with lowfat milk and pour over hamburger.
  • Bake at 350 degrees about 30 min.
