Ingredients
- 3 c. sliced potatoes
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. cut-up cabbage
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 can cream of celery or possibly cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Boil potatoes till about half done.
- Put potatoes in bottom of casserole dish.
- Add in salt and pepper.
- Fold in lowfat sour cream.
- Fry cabbage in 1/2 stick butter till done.
- Put on top of potatoes and add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Brown hamburger and onion and put on top of cabbage.
- Mix soup with lowfat milk and pour over hamburger.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 30 min.
