Ingredients

  • 46 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 4 cups shredded cheese
  • 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • 4 small summer squash
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, browned

Method

  • Put 1 c sauce on bottom of sprayed 9 x 13 pan.
  • Lay 3 uncooked noodles over sauce.
  • Spread sliced summer squash over noodles.
  • Top with 1/2 the browned sausage.
  • Add another layer of sauce.
  • Layer on 1/2 of the cheese.
  • Lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.
  • Top with more sauce.
  • Lay all spinach on top of sauce.
  • Add remaining sausage.
  • Lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.
  • Pour remainder of sauce over this all.
  • Cover with foil - bake one hour at 350 degrees.
  • Remove foil, top with remaining cheese.
  • Continue baking for approx 30 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
  • Let set 10 minutes b4 cutting.
