Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. sliced peaches
- 1 1/2 tsp. butter
- pie crust for double-crust 9-inch pie
Method
- Heat oven to 425°.
- Gently mix peaches, sugar, flour and cinnamon.
- Pour into crust-lined pan.
- Dot with butter.
- Cover with top crust and make small slits in crust.
- Seal crusts together and flute.
