Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- kosher salt
Method
- Dissolve yeast into warm water, then add flour, salt and sugar.
- Take a piece and roll it into the shape you want.
- Brush with beaten egg and then sprinkle on kosher salt.
- Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes in a 425° oven.
- Serves 12.
