Ingredients
- 1 c. scalded lowfat milk, don't boil
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in hot water
- 6 to 8 c. flour
Method
- Mix into a soft dough.
- Let rise 1 3/4 hrs; knead down; let rise 45 min more.
- Dough should be soft.
- Shape into buns and put in pans.
- Let rise again about 1 hour.
- Bake at 350 degrees till golden brown.
- Also makes good cinnamon or possibly caramel rolls.
