Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer cookies, crumbled (approximately 24)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
  • 2/3 c. chocolate flavored syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 1 tsp. hot water
  • 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

Method

  • In a small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine.
  • In a buttered 9-inch spring-form pan or a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, put crumbs firmly on bottom and up sides of pan.
  • Chill.
