Ingredients
- 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 3 1/2 oz. can flaked coconut
Method
- In medium saucepan, combine chocolate and milk.
- Stir over low heat until chocolate melts.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in powdered sugar and nuts.
- Chill, then form into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in coconut.
- Yields about 30 candies.
