Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- Bisquick or Jiffy mix
Method
- Brown sausage.
- Drain well.
- Melt cream cheese into sausage; set mixture aside.
- Make biscuit dough per package directions. Roll dough flat.
- Put sausage and cream cheese mixture on top of dough.
- Roll it up like a jelly roll.
- Slice and put the slices flat on cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes at 400°.
