- 1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage
- sliced potatoes
- sliced onions
- Cajun seasoning
Method
- Slice the smoked sausage and place in the bottom of an electric skillet or baking dish.
- Top with sliced potatoes and onions.
- Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and cook until done.
- Do not stir while cooking.
- Easy and delicious!
