Ingredients
- 1 bunch Hakurei Turnips
- 3 ounces, weight Chevre-style Goat Cheese
- 2 ounces, weight Smoked Salmon
- 4 slices Bread
- 4 dashes Honey
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Method
- Remove the greens from the turnips, wash them and slice the turnips thinly.
- Place them in a food processor and mince them finely.
- Add the goat cheese and puree the mixture until it is creamy and the bits of turnip are not noticeable.
- Place the goat cheese mixture into a small bowl or plastic container and mix in the smoked salmon, broken into 1-inch pieces or shreds.
- Put some of the salad on a slice of bread, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
