Ingredients

  • 2- 1/2 cups Cornmeal
  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/2 cups Sorghum Flour
  • 1/2 cups Cornstarch
  • 23 cups Sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 3 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 23 cups Canola Oil

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Whisk together all dry ingredients.
  • In a separate container, lightly beat eggs and mix with milk and oil.
  • Add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  • Cook for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until center is done.
