Ingredients
- 2- 1/2 cups Cornmeal
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1/2 cups Sorghum Flour
- 1/2 cups Cornstarch
- 23 cups Sugar
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 3 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 23 cups Canola Oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Whisk together all dry ingredients.
- In a separate container, lightly beat eggs and mix with milk and oil.
- Add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- Cook for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until center is done.
