Ingredients

  • 100 grams Cake flour
  • 1 bag Black tea leaves (tea bag)
  • 30 grams Raw cane sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 medium-sized Banana
  • 1 tsp + 1/2 - 2 Ginger
  • 1 tbsp + 1/2 Vegetable oil
  • 10 grams (Topping) Granulated sugar (or brown sugar)

Method

  • Add the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • Use the back of a fork to crush the banana, mix with the grated ginger and set aside.
  • Combine the mixtures from steps 1 and 2 with the vegetable oil and make into a dough.
  • Scoop out with a spoon, line up on a baking sheet and top with the sugar.
  • Cook in your pre-heated oven at 170 C for about 15 minutes, and they're complete.
