Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups white flour
  • 12 cup wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 14 cups low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 12 cups blueberries
  • 2 bananas, extra ripe and mashed
  • 13 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup white flour
  • 2 tablespoons land o'lakes light butter

Method

  • preheat oven at 400.
  • combine all dry ingredients.
  • mix buttermilk, vanilla, and egg in seperate bowl.
  • add to dry ingredients.
  • add blueberries.
  • to make topping, mix sugar and flour, cut butter into mix and add to top of muffins.
  • makes 12-16 regular size muffins.
