Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 4 lb beef brisket
- 1 tbsp smoke flavored salt (hickory smoke)
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 12 oz chili sauce
Method
- arrange onions in bottom of slow cooker
- sprinkle with smoke flavored salt on all sides
- place salted brisket on onions
- combine celery salt, mustard seed, pepper, and chili sauce, then pour over meat
- cover and cook on low 10-12 hours
