Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. rice
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 4 cans tomato soup
- 4 cans water
Method
- Brown ground chuck, onion and green pepper; stir in tomato soup and water.
- Add rice and seasonings.
- Simmer about 20 minutes.
- You may need to add more water if it is too thick.
- This is great served over mashed potatoes for a heartier meal.
