Ingredients
- 8 to 10 pieces chicken
- 1 c. green pepper
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
Method
- Fry the chicken until completely cooked (crispy).
- In separate pan add: green pepper, celery, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste and crushed tomatoes.
- Stew until tender (30 minutes).
- Pour vegetables over chicken in frying skillet, simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve.
